Abstract

Living 2050 guarda al futuro e si pone l'obbiettivo di offrire un nuovo modo di abitare verso una società a 2000 Watt. Si prevede l'edificazione di uno stabile residenziale ecosostenibile certificato MINERGIE P-ECO dai contenuti residenziali e pubblici in grado di offrire la possibilità di abitare con una qualità elevata in tutte le fasi e situazioni della vita. Nello specifico sono presenti appartamenti della tipologia da 2 1/2 a 4 1/2 a partire dal primo piano, mentre al pian terreno trovano spazio le funzioni pubbliche come il bar autogestito, l'area svago bambini, una sala fitness ed un locale hobby. L'intera struttura è accessibile ad utenti diversamente abili.
