Abstract

Ca' Rossa è un edificio del 1700 situato a Grono, piccolo e accogliente paese del Cantone Grigioni. La committenza è interessata a dare un nuovo volto e far rivivere lo stabile attraversi una nuova funzione in modo tale da poter avere una buona fruibilità di persone. La casa risulta un edificio interessante con delle prerogative chiare e una volontà di valorizzarlo. Attraverso una prima analisi territoriale ho individuato una presenza forte legata alla gastronomia e il turismo. Da questi dati c'è una volontà di progettazione molto elevata che ha suscitato interesse verso questo tema. La struttura ospiterà delle boutique eno-gastronomiche con prodotti locali e un piano destinato a dei piccoli alloggi.
